Responsibilities
- Source Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
- Screen Resumes: Review applications and resumes to match candidate skills with open positions.
- Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and availability.
- Build Pipelines: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for future hiring needs.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their hiring requirements.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train all new hires from the ground up.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
