Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for open roles.
- Research and identify potential clients in the competitive LA market.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to place candidates in permanent and contract positions.
- Manage candidate data and client relationships using our CRM software.
- Participate in daily team meetings and sales training sessions.
- Travel to local client sites and networking events as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Email, and CRM systems).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
