- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly recruitment and sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and engage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn new technologies and recruitment software.
