Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for client open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
- Update candidate databases and CRM systems accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet placement targets and revenue goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proactive, self-motivated attitude with a desire to learn.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
