Responsibilities
- Source and Screen Candidates: Utilize various job boards and social media platforms to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Placement Management: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide accurate advice to candidates.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior recruiting experience is required. We are looking for raw talent and work ethic.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
