Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews with prospective candidates to assess their skills and cultural fit.
- Manage and update candidate pipelines within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless process.
- Research and identify new leads to expand our candidate database.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers at top-tier companies.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude for learning new software and CRM tools quickly.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to represent our brand with pride.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional but recommended for client visits).
