Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Utilize social media platforms and professional networks (LinkedIn, Indeed) to source high-quality candidates for open requisitions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks, and extending offers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady supply of qualified applicants.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Update and maintain candidate relationship management (CRM) systems and applicant tracking software (ATS).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new HR technology.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a desire to learn and grow within the staffing industry.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
