Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system with candidate data
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Assist in developing job descriptions and posting positions to job boards
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs across Milwaukee
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (HR/Business preferred)
- 0-2 years in recruitment, customer service, or administrative roles
- Strong verbal/written communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (for occasional client visits)
