Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through networking and social media.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting creation and candidate follow-up.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Conduct market research to identify staffing trends and talent gaps in Columbus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
