Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Research market trends to identify top talent pools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet placement targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
