Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for our client base.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct market research to identify talent gaps and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective recruiting strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
