Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct initial phone interviews and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics between candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and applicant tracking system records
- Support client relationship management through regular communication and status updates

Qualifications
