Responsibilities
- Support recruiters in sourcing and screening candidates for diverse client positions
- Post job openings across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and career pages
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments
- Manage applicant tracking system data and maintain accurate candidate records
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with onboarding new hires and preparing employment documentation
- Contribute to developing recruitment strategies and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
