Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles in our Applicant Tracking System
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Assist with job posting optimization and recruitment campaign management
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to enhance recruitment skills
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Business, HR, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
