Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, finance, and healthcare
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Develop and nurture client relationships to understand evolving staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to placement and onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools for candidate management
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic recruitment insights to clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and Boolean searches
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Familiarity with Philadelphia's talent market and industry landscape
- Certification in recruitment (e.g., CTS, CSP) or equivalent HR certification preferred
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and CRM tools
