Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving talent needs

- Develop strategic recruitment plans and manage full-cycle placement processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets and client satisfaction goals
- Expertise in sourcing strategies across diverse industries (tech, healthcare, finance)
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with executive-level presence
- Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
