Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct candidate interviews to assess skills and cultural fit
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain candidate pipelines
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Prepare job descriptions and post openings on multiple platforms
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications
- Onboard new hires and facilitate smooth onboarding processes
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (recent graduates welcome)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with customer service mindset
- Valid Georgia driver's license (client site visits required)
