Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sifting: Utilize various channels (social media, job boards, networking) to identify and attract potential candidates for open positions.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide exceptional service.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise both candidates and clients.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior recruiting experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Location: Must be willing to work in our San Diego office.
