- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidate skills/qualifications
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and industry partners
- Manage applicant tracking system data and ensure accurate documentation
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely candidate feedback

Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- 0-2 years in recruitment, customer service, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn ATS systems

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
