Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess skills/job fit
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers
- Manage candidate pipelines and application tracking systems
- Facilitate interview scheduling and logistics
- Onboard new hires and ensure smooth onboarding processes
- Collaborate with senior recruiters on staffing strategies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS platforms
