Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain candidate databases
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Facilitate interview scheduling and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Prepare candidate profiles and submission reports for client review
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
