Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with local businesses to understand their hiring needs and present TalentBridge's services.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to find qualified candidates for open requisitions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Placement Management: Manage the full lifecycle of the placement, from offer negotiation to onboarding support.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide weekly performance reports.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior recruiting experience required—we train you.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, professional demeanor.
- Digital Proficiency: Comfortable navigating CRM software and social media platforms (LinkedIn preferred).
- Drive: A hunger for success and a desire to exceed monthly sales targets.
