Responsibilities
- Conduct active sourcing and headhunting of potential candidates using various social media platforms and job boards.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate fit and salary expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Post job openings on internal systems and external channels to attract a diverse pool of talent.
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and networking activities to increase brand visibility.
- Manage candidate data and pipeline activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and hit monthly targets.
