Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
- Post job openings on multiple platforms and manage applicant tracking systems
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Source passive candidates through networking and professional platforms
- Onboard new temporary and contract employees efficiently
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to process improvements
- Assist with recruitment events and job fairs across the Omaha metro
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (recent graduates encouraged)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
