Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
- Log and track all support requests and maintain accurate documentation in the ticketing system.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper labeling and organization.
- Conduct basic security awareness training and onboarding for new hires.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer literacy.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/macOS) and networking concepts.
- Strong customer service skills, patience, and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
