Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage network infrastructure, servers, and systems during night shifts.
- Respond to and resolve critical technical incidents and outages with minimal downtime.
- Perform scheduled maintenance, patches, and updates outside of business hours.
- Analyze system performance logs and security alerts to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Document all incident reports, resolutions, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with day-shift engineering teams to ensure smooth transitions and handovers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in network engineering or system administration.
- Valid certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM).
- Strong proficiency with VPN, firewalls, and remote access technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a background check for security clearance.
