Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems during overnight hours
- Monitor and resolve network infrastructure issues including VPN, servers, and cloud services
- Execute scheduled system maintenance and security patch deployments
- Document incident reports and knowledge base articles with precision
- Collaborate with global IT teams during handover periods
- Manage user access controls and authentication systems
- Conduct periodic system health checks and performance optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift exposure
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network, hardware, and software issues
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) preferred
