Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and systems to ensure 99.9% uptime during off-hours.
- Resolve technical incidents and service tickets escalated during the night cycle with speed and accuracy.
- Perform routine system diagnostics, patch management, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Document all technical interactions and escalate complex issues to the day-shift engineering team for resolution.
- Ensure strict adherence to data security protocols and compliance standards.
- Conduct nightly health checks and generate performance reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Technical Support, Help Desk, or Network Operations Center (NOC).
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work the Night Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM EST).
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent technical certification (e.g., A+, Network+).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
