Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise network systems during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Provide remote technical support for critical infrastructure and client applications
- Execute system patches, updates, and security protocols during off-peak hours
- Document incidents, resolutions, and system performance metrics
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handover and continuity
- Respond to emergency system alerts with immediate triage and resolution
- Conduct preventative maintenance on servers, cloud services, and network hardware
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift exposure
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server, AWS/Azure, and enterprise networking
