Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for Nexus 2026’s R&D roadmap, focusing on high-impact technologies.

- Analyze emerging market trends to identify new opportunities for technological disruption.
- Manage budgets for innovation labs and secure funding for long-term research projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic management, technology consulting, or R&D leadership.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or technologies.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Mechanics.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.
