Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning business goals with emerging tech trends.
- Conduct in-depth R&D on breakthrough technologies including advanced AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration.
- Lead cross-functional strategy sessions to evaluate feasibility and ROI of emerging tech investments.
- Collaborate with product teams to prototype and validate future-state solutions.
- Monitor global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive threats and opportunities.
- Communicate complex future strategies to stakeholders and investors with clarity and vision.
- Oversee the talent acquisition and development of a high-performance future-tech think tank.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Blockchain, IoT) and their potential impact.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Strong network within the global innovation and tech community.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
