Qualifications
- 1+ years of staffing/recruitment experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong knowledge of Arizona labor regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Basic payroll processing knowledge
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
