Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for daily pay temporary positions
- Build relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Process same-day payments through our proprietary payroll system
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires with client partners
- Track and maintain candidate databases using ATS software
- Market daily pay advantages to attract high-quality talent
- Conduct weekly performance reviews with assigned candidates
Qualifications
- 1+ years staffing/recruitment experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of North Carolina labor regulations
- Valid driver's license for local client visits
- Experience with daily pay or instant payroll systems
