Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for diverse temporary assignments across Albuquerque
- Match candidates to client requirements based on skills, experience, and availability
- Process same-day payroll for temporary staff using our proprietary digital platform
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new temporary employees
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Track assignment performance and provide feedback to candidates and clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
