Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume sourcing and screening of candidates across multiple industries.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including interviewing, assessments, and job offers.
- Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS.
- Negotiate competitive pay rates and benefits packages with clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent to meet client demands.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR operations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with recruiting software and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
