Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various temporary and permanent positions within the Louisville area.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through networking and social media engagement.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job order intake to placement.
- Negotiate competitive pay rates and benefits packages with clients and candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software to track progress and performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
