Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates across multiple industries using ATS platforms and targeted outreach
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for temp-to-perm and direct hire positions
- Facilitate daily payroll processing for temporary workers via our proprietary pay system
- Build and maintain relationships with 50+ Chicago-area client companies
- Conduct onboarding and compliance verification for new hires
- Track KPIs including placement speed, candidate satisfaction, and retention metrics
- Collaborate with finance team to resolve payment discrepancies within 24 hours
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing/recruitment experience with daily pay systems
- Proficient in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Bullhorn) and HR tech stack
- Valid Illinois staffing license and OSHA 10 certification
- Expertise in Chicago's labor market across light industrial, admin, and healthcare sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with both candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to manage high-volume placements with attention to compliance
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding recruitment KPIs
- BS/HR or related field preferred
