Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of industries, including manufacturing, logistics, and corporate roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and with candidates to understand their career goals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms to attract top talent.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive advantages for our clients.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse individuals.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends to meet client demands.
