Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various open positions within our client base.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local San Diego businesses and candidates.
- Conduct background checks and drug screenings to ensure compliance and safety.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate time tracking for daily pay operations.
- Provide on-site support and supervision for temporary staff as needed.

Qualifications
