Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Screen, interview, and match candidates with suitable temporary roles based on skills and availability.
- Onboarding Support: Guide new hires through paperwork, payroll registration, and safety training.
- Shift Coordination: Manage daily staffing schedules, handle shift swaps, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Client Liaison: Communicate with local Philadelphia businesses to understand labor needs and ensure quality service delivery.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all staff adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- Payroll Management: Assist with payroll inquiries and ensure accurate daily pay calculations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, HR, or customer service is a plus but not required.
