Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews of potential candidates to match them with client job openings.
- Manage and maintain accurate candidate databases using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate onboarding schedules and prepare necessary employment documentation for new hires.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with local employers to understand their staffing needs.
- Handle payroll data entry and ensure compliance with federal and state labor regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for temporary workers regarding schedules and job expectations.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop innovative sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is highly preferred for this El Paso location.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Proven track record of reliability and punctuality.
