Responsibilities
- Recruiting & Sourcing: Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate skills for open positions.
- Onboarding: Guide new hires through the paperwork process, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Payroll Management: Process timesheets, verify hours worked, and facilitate the daily pay process for temporary workers.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver qualified candidates.
- Scheduling: Coordinate temporary staff assignments and manage shift changes efficiently.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks in the Portland area.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
