Responsibilities
- Process daily payroll transactions for temporary staff within 24-hour turnaround
- Coordinate onboarding for new candidates including background checks and documentationManage client accounts through our proprietary staffing portal
- Resolve payroll discrepancies with immediate resolution protocols
- Train staff on our mobile pay app and benefits platform
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize daily scheduling efficiency
- Develop relationships with 15+ new business partners monthly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing or payroll coordination
- Proficiency with ADP or similar payroll systems
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with Colorado labor regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Customer service certification preferred
- Spanish bilingual capability a plus
