Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for temporary and contract positions across Las Vegas
- Coordinate same-day job placements with local businesses and event venues
- Process daily payroll for temporary workers within 24 hours of shift completion
- Maintain compliance with Nevada labor regulations and staffing industry standards
- Build relationships with client companies to understand staffing needs
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews for urgent staffing requests
- Track worker performance and provide feedback to both candidates and clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience in Las Vegas market
- Proven ability to manage high-volume same-day placements
- Strong knowledge of Nevada labor laws and payroll processing
- Excellent communication skills with diverse populations
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and daily payroll software
- Valid Nevada driver's license with reliable transportation
- Certification in Staffing and Recruiting (CPSR) preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
