Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties in a fast-paced warehouse or construction environment.
- Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Operate machinery and equipment in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Package, label, and organize products for shipment and distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Flexibility to work overtime and varying shifts as needed.
- Previous experience in staffing or general labor is a plus but not required.
