We are looking for a candidate who is organized, charismatic, and ready to hit the ground running in Fresno.
Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and screen potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, personality, and cultural fit for daily pay roles.
- Match qualified candidates with appropriate job openings and manage the placement process from start to finish.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client databases within our Applicant Tracking System.
- Onboard new hires, ensuring they understand the daily pay process and company policies.
- Build strong relationships with local Fresno businesses to understand their staffing needs and provide top-tier talent.
- Resolve candidate and client issues promptly to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (required for on-site candidate visits).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business is a plus.
- Experience with staffing agencies in the Fresno, CA area is highly preferred.
