Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of staffing positions in Baltimore.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs to onboarding new hires.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent to meet client demands.
- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific workforce needs.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
- Facilitate the daily pay process, ensuring candidates understand their earnings and benefits.
- Conduct background checks and reference verification for all prospective employees.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a focus on professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of candidates.
- Familiarity with staffing software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
