Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including printer setup and network connectivity.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS) and peripherals.
- Manage and track IT helpdesk tickets and maintain accurate asset inventory records.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex technical incidents.
- Conduct on-site training for end-users to enhance technology adoption.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional IT support or helpdesk experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a contract environment.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check for security clearance.
