- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and peripherals
- Conduct security audits and patch management for client systems
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with on-call engineers for complex incident resolution
- Support cloud infrastructure (Azure/O365) troubleshooting
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or systems administration
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- Experience with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, RDP)
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer-first approach
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
