Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems
- Manage server infrastructure monitoring and maintenance during weekend hours
- Respond to critical system alerts and implement immediate remediation
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and system configurations
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handover of critical issues
- Perform scheduled system backups and security patch deployments
- Assist with user account management and access control
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 8am-4pm)
